Todoist can be incredibly simple or – if you’re a to-do app power user – very sophisticated. You choose your own adventure.

We like to keep things simple at Besu so we use Todoist’s single list and calendar view.

But, for power users, Todoist has calendar integrations, topics, categorization, integrations with other apps like calendars, sub-tasks, team member functionality and more.

So if you’re in the market for a to-do app (and you don’t want to use a spreadsheet), Todoist is our recommended to-do app.
